House Of Performance (HOP) is thrilled to announce our nominations for two prestigious UK Paid Media Awards: Small Paid Media Agency Of The Year and Best Use Of TikTok Ads. These nominations validate our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional work while fostering a positive workplace culture.

As a multi-award-winning agency, HOP has consistently adhered to a singular philosophy: delivering exceptional work while fostering a positive workplace culture. This guiding principle has enabled us to fulfill our mission of assisting ambitious brands in optimizing their return on investment through performance marketing, all while cultivating a strong and highly skilled team of Paid Media marketing experts.

We firmly believe in establishing enduring partnerships with brands, recognizing it as the key to driving efficiency and sustainable growth through performance channels. We specialise in guiding businesses towards optimal, long-term solutions tailored to their digital marketing needs. Whether through continuous management, strategic consultancy, or facilitating the transition to an in-house team, providing support, comprehensive training and ongoing periodic consultations and audits.

Our Award-Nominated TikTok Strategy – A Hole In One!

Golfbreaks is a leading travel expert for worldwide golfing holidays and adventures. Tasked with diversifying their Paid Social strategy, we seized the opportunity to tap into TikTok’s potential to reach new audiences, particularly younger demographics. Our three-phased roadmap focused on testing and learning from different audiences, driving community interaction, and ultimately turning that community into qualified leads.

Our secondary objective was to determine if new channels could also become a direct revenue driver (spoiler alert: they can!)

What were the results?

  • + 8k Clicks
  • + 2M Video Views

On top of this, 46% of clicks came from under 35s, demonstrating our ability to engage a younger demographic effectively.

Justine Beach, Chief Marketing Officer at Golfbreaks, attests to the impact of our partnership: “Working with HOP has led to paid social becoming an integral part of the Golfbreaks marketing strategy. Diversifying our strategy to include TikTok has allowed us to tap into new audiences, amplify our exceptional organic activity, and start building awareness within segments that we historically haven’t connected with.”

“People often think of us as a purely PPC agency, but I think this award demonstrates that actually we thrive in all aspects of Paid Media. We like to follow the data and adapt our strategy roadmaps based on what it tells us and so it’s very rewarding to see that the UK Paid Media awards has recognised this and shortlisted us for this award.” – Olivia Banks, Performance Consultant, HOP.
