SPECSTECH was built to meet the challenges Specsavers were facing. Each specific tool being built and used to meet these specific challenges. From managing investment related to store capacity, to dynamic activation based on specific weather conditions to other opportunities. These tools were built in collaboration with Specsavers and OMG.
