With our 10-year anniversary coming up and our new HQ up and running, this prestigious award nomination puts the icing on the cake.

Shopping Ads Campaign of the Year – our award-nominated work
Alert Electrical are one of the UK’s leading Electrical Wholesalers, specialising in burglar alarms, electric heating, lighting and much more. Electrical Wholesale is an extremely competitive industry with a well-developed Google shopping landscape. Alert Electrical came to Imaginaire with hopes of finding a partner to help drive new revenue growth through their mature Google Ads account after progress under their previous agency had slowed.
Their previous agency had implemented a structure which utilised a single shopping campaign for over 9000 products, it was absolute chaos! We decided to focus our efforts towards providing a clean, logical structure which allowed for easy reporting and tracking of product performance
Our aim was to create a solid structure for future scalability and optimisation. We liaised with the client to discover product lines with historically strong sales, high-profit margins and areas of competitive advantage and utilised this information to implement a gradual separation of the campaign into logical product category campaigns. The maturity of the client’s account provided multiple years of insights into spend, seasonal demand and product popularity allowing us to make decisions backed by a substantial amount of data.
Separation of the main Google Shopping Campaign into smaller manageable campaigns has improved our ability to optimise bidding strategies, better utilise budget and improve product visibility. Our strategy has provided fantastic returns for the client including a 33% increase in Shopping Ads Revenue alongside a 13.36% improvement in Shopping ROAS.
Our improved structure and product segmentation have allowed for an improved utilisation of the expertise of Alert Electrical. Combining our data-driven decision-making with the knowledge within Alert Electrical has allowed for vast improvements in budget utilisation.
